Fetish model Lilith the Cenobite has put on 304 pounds in just three years in hopes of becoming the world’s heaviest woman in the Guinness Book of World Records. After being diagnosed with terminal hepatic encephalopathy, she discovered the feedism community and began gaining weight to not only make history but also to fulfill a sexual fetish. Lilith will only eat when a feeder feeds or provides her with food—and she’s quickly gone from 112 pounds to her current weight of 416 pounds.
“Given that I only eat if and when someone chooses to feed me, my weight is entirely at the whim of the feedism community. Hopefully, I get fed enough to reach my goal.” She says fans see her as a goddess, and are helping her to break the current record for the heaviest living woman. “As a web model and video star, many of my fans watch because they like the fact I keep growing,” she said. “A lot more people are into BBW — Big Beautiful Women — and SSBBW — Super-Sized Big Beautiful Women — than you think.”
