Phil Toledano wanted to go inside the secret, sexy world of phone sex, so he tracked down 30 phone sex operators from all over the US to photograph and interview them in their homes. The phone sex operators he did portraits of, who have different ages, races, sexual orientations, and backgrounds, all had one thing in common: they love the work that they do. Toledano says that the phone sex workers he spoke with felt “they were providing a service, allowing people to understand who they are.” And here’s what the phone sex workers had to say about the work that they do, including their client’s dirtiest fantasies (check out the pictures and interviews below).
One man divulges that many of his clients like him to slap his dick against the phone. He also says that phone sex “still gets [him] horny.” And a woman talked about her client’s fantasy about fucking a strong woman: he got off to her describing lifting up his girlfriend’s Mazda Miata and spinning it around and around over her head with the girlfriend still inside! Another phone sex worker says that phone sex helps a lot of people who feel they have to hide who they really are from the world: “I help bring out their inner light and heal the wounds our closed-minded society inflicts.”
