A recent study claims to know how much sex you are having—just by looking at one piece of information. It turns out one of the main predictors for how often you get off is your age. Not surprisingly, those who are getting the most action are younger people, aged 18 to 29, who have sex an average of 112 times a year, or twice weekly.
In your 30s, you get laid slightly less, with 86 times a year or 1.6 times a week. Unfortunately, it seems 40 to 49-year-olds have half the amount of sex of their 20-something counterparts, with 69 (a very good number!) fuck fests a year. Researchers say the takeaway is to be proactive about health and well-being, all throughout life—especially when it comes to your sex life.
