If you thought Trump’s rumored affair with porn star Stormy Daniels couldn’t get any more scandalous, get ready for round two. The adult film star has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Trump, alleging he never signed a “hush agreement” to keep quiet about the affair. Daniels claims the nondisclosure agreement is invalid, which means she is free to publicly discuss all the tawdry details, according to the suit.
The lawsuit claims that Trump did not sign the agreement three days before the 2016 election in case he needed to deny its existence at a future date. Daniels also claims she was bullied by Trump’s lawyer into silence and that now she’s fighting back. In a 2011 interview published earlier this year by In Touch Weekly, Daniels said she met Trump at a 2006 celebrity golf tournament. Daniels’ alleged trysts with Trump took place at locations such as the Beverly Hills Hotel and at Lake Tahoe.
