The fitness influencer said that along with working out at the gym and eating a controlled diet, she also makes sure she has regular sex: “Having sex twice a day is like running for an hour on the treadmill,” she explained.
She said that she is a fan of her “sex diet” because it’s much more enjoyable than going to the gym. She also said that she enjoys including sex into her fitness routine as it “burns calories and builds muscle.” “I can lose more than 400 calories without the effort of running, for example. It’s worth it,” she boasted.
