A naughty cop got fired for sharing an X-rated video she made with another woman with her fellow officers. She’s now suing, claiming her firing was not only retaliatory for complaining about a reassignment but discrimination due to her being a woman. In an appeal, she argued male officers have done the same, and claimed the decision violates rules designed to protect state employees.
The ex-cop—who has more than ten thousand followers on social media—has maintained she is “innocent,” claiming her firing for circulating the lesbian sex tape was “retaliatory” in response to her filing a grievance with DPS. She also said it was “discriminatory.” Cops, in turn, have claimed she visited porn websites on her state-issued phone.
