A St. Paul city council candidate demonstrated how not to win an election, after posting a nonconsensual pornographic photo of his wife on his campaign website. His wife filed a restraining order against him, so he allegedly thought revenge porn was the best way to get back at her. The wife said she was “aware of the picture and was working with her attorney.”
The candidate claims his “accounts were hacked and he no longer has access so can’t take photo down.” He also said his wife had his passwords and was sabotaging him. The disgraced candidate has since been arrested, and his campaign website has been deleted. Not the sexiest way to run for office…
