One frisky Florida woman really went off the deep end. She was caught having sex on a public pier in Naples—and dove into the water in an attempt to evade cops. The escape didn’t do much good, though—she was picked up by the beach patrol as soon as she made it to shore, according to a police report.
The Naples Police Department received multiple reports about a man and woman having sex behind the historic pier’s locked gate during the busy Memorial Day holiday—the pair were still at it when officers arrived. As the two scrambled to put on their clothes, the woman moved to the edge of the pier and jumped in, despite officers’ commands to stay where she was. The man, who was completely naked when police arrived, stayed at the scene.
