Not surprisingly, it’s tops who burn the most calories, since they’re the ones exerting the most physical effort.
Researchers recommend more gymnastic-like positions, rough sex, and longer fuck fests as a way to burn more calories. Dirty dancing and long makeout sessions during foreplay can also be great for burning calories. “Kissing and lovemaking can be a vigorous exercise if you’re fully engaged,” a researcher explains. Personal trainers recommend women flex their pelvis and lower ad muscles while topping, while men should speed up the tempo for a more rigorous workout.
