A man is suing his parents for $86,000 for throwing out his porn collection allegedly worth $29,000. The son had a falling out with his parents and was asked to leave their home, but when he went to collect his things, he says he noticed the valuable porn collection was missing. He says the collection containing more than 12 moving boxes full of movies and two boxes of sex toys had been destroyed.
According to court documents, his dad admitted to trashing his porn collection, saying in an email “Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional health.” His dad also alleges his son was kicked out of high school and college for selling porn to other students, adding in court documents: “I also warned you at that time if I ever found pornography in my house again, I would destroy it.” The porn collector sent the court over 44 emails listing movies he says were destroyed—but prosecutors refused to press charges.
