A naughty cop is in hot water for having sex with a woman after she called 911. He’s been charged with misconduct in a public office for having sex while on duty. A jury heard how the officer allegedly attended the woman’s property, turned off his body camera, and engaged in “consensual sexual intercourse on her couch.”
The prosecution said the cop admits to having sex with the woman—but is not guilty because he had “no control over his actions.” He claims the woman “instigated” sex and that she had “been in control and that he was powerless.” The jury said: “We say this is not a case of him having no control over his actions but that his actions were deliberate.”
