A Christmas party at a Los Angeles Taco Bell descended into alcohol-fueled debauchery that included staffers at the fast food restaurant having three-way sex in full view of others, according to a lawsuit. A former employee filed suit against Taco Bell and a Colorado-based franchise owner alleging that she was forced to quit her job after she reported the X-rated incident to human resources. At around midnight, the woman said a co-worker was “having sex with his wife in front of everyone at the party,” according to the complaint.
The co-worker’s wife was “bent over” and “kissing both [the manager] and another co-worker,” the complaint continued. After a company investigation, the co-workers involved in the alleged threesome were fired. She alleged in the complaint that Taco Bell and the franchisee “did nothing about retaliatory threats and instead told [her] that they were transferring her to a new location rather than disciplining the employees who threatened her,” leaving her no choice but to quit.
