When an adult entertainer learned she would need to live with her disability, she feared her days in the sex industry was over. But now, she’s more popular than ever, ranking among the top one percent of earners on OnlyFans. “I’m really owning it,” she said. “To my knowledge, I’m the first adult performer with an ostomy in the world.”
She was nervous about people seeing the device at first, but has since felt “comfortable” with its appearance in her racy videos and photographs. She now has more than 1,000 monthly paying subscribers, and also created the Disabled Sex Workers Calendar, which displays glamorous pictures of herself and other models. “People who are unconventional [looking] are rarely represented in a way that isn’t fetishized or tokenized by the sex industry. We’re working towards different body shapes, races and disabilities being the norm,” she said.
