Who ever thought going to a drag show could get dangerous? What was supposed to be a fun birthday party at Hamburger Mary’s turned into a million dollar lawsuit, after a woman was injured by drag performer Amanda D’Hod’s breasts. The woman claims she suffered permanent spine and nerve injuries, and is suing for $1.5 million in damages.
According to the complaint, the drag performer allegedly grabbed the woman by the neck during the show and “violently pounds the plaintiff’s head against defendant’s chest up to nine times.” While the face-in-tits trick is beloved by drag queens and exotic dancers alike, the woman says she needed to be treated for cervical pain and headaches at a nearby hospital. It seems not everyone wants to play rough!
