In a new documentary, former porn stars discuss how they left the industry to become Christian preachers. Jenna Presley, aka “the world’s hottest porn star,” worked in porn for seven years and performed in hundreds of X-rated scenes and films. The former adult star describes descending into drugs and booze before she embraced religion thanks to help from the controversial XXXChurch.
She explains feeling like a “plastic Barbie doll” while doing porn. She says, “I would get undressed from the outfit I would wear, to put on this cute lingerie, just to get undressed to do a scene.” She, like many other former porn stars, eventually embraced religion as a way to find hope and meaning, things they said they were not able to find through porn stardom and legions of adoring fans.
