The doll was spotted wrapped in a blanket beside a highway, and police initially set up a crime scene to investigate the find.
The doll had blood near by it, but investigators later determined it was road-kill and a sex doll — not a human body. A user manual naming the doll “Naomi” was found near the realistic doll, according to the report.
