Finally, the much anticipated trailer for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie aired today! We have been waiting (in our leather corsets and dominatrix boots) with bated breath to get a taste of the hot BDSM franchise, not out in theaters till Valentines Day 2015. The trailer starts innocently enough, with young girl-next-door, Anastasia Steele, going to interview sexy business magnate, Christian Grey. She seems nervous, later describing Grey to her roommate as “intimidating,” and visibly squirming in her seat when he turns the interview on her, saying “I’d like to know more about you.” Then things start to heat up when he pursues her in the elevator, pushing her arms up above her head and gripping her wrists as he backs her against the wall. Here’s where it starts to get racier: he warns her that he is not into “romance,” intriguingly explaining “my tastes are very singular. You wouldn’t understand.” She looks at him eagerly, says “enlighten me, then.” Cue the BDSM montage! Whips, chains, her wrists bound to a red leather bed as she cries out in blind-folded ecstasy.
Excited? Without giving away too much, we can only hope the movie goes into the more risque parts: spanking, belts, role play, binding sexual contracts. After watching all that naughty kink, we’re in the mood for a little dangerous action ourselves. Who’s got a hankering for some whips and leather?
